You know what makes Brave Counseling as amazing as it is? The constant focus on professional development by completing continuing education, collaborating with other providers, and reading/exploring new resources. As a LCSW I am required to complete 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years. I have completed over 200 hours. I can’t wait to learn even more over the next 2 years. How are growing as a person?

Last night I participated in lunar yoga which included creating a space for meditation. This is what I have so far (it looks cooler with the salt lamp lit and no wax speckles from an enthusiastic 4 yr old who blew out my candle). Do you have a place for contemplation in your life?
