The Track Family Fun Parks #funfact: The Track stayed open until 2 AM on opening night and only closed at that time because the crew was exhausted and the neighbor in the property behind them was a little upset with the noise level. At closing time, there was still approximately a 2 hour line waiting to ride. We still can't get enough of those #gokarts.

The Track Family Fun Parks #FridayFunFact: When founder, Lee Wescott was trying to get his dream of a family entertainment center up and running, he went to many banks that originally turned him down because they thought that go-karts were a fad. He finally secured a loan to begin construction in 1981 and on the first day of operation they sold over 2,200 rides (3 times the number they needed to). The rest is, as they say, history! This is a photo from 1986 after Kids Kountry had been built. Co-Owner, Craig Wescott, is running the train ride. Check out those socks!
