It's even too early for the horses to be hungry...
I heard the geese approaching for their morning gathering as I laid there trying to grab a few more moments of rest before a busy day. Watching them come in is one of my favorite parts of our fall chore routine. I didn't see them in the field behind, they must have had an early departure this morning. Capri and Cletus, low in the pasture with only 39 degrees and a heavy dew, came galloping up for their breakfast. I headed for the barn for hay and soon found why Capri was so content in the bottoms...she's on watch for her friends. Love our farm life... Thank you, Lord.
Wet morning but needed the moisture.
God's beautiful canvas this morning! Have a great day!
Good morning, Fall... 49 degrees.
