Boomer's will be open this Saturday at 11am and Sunday at 11:30am. $1 beef tacos available and happy hour during the game. Following the game we have a dart tournament that starts at 4pm. GO CHIEFS!

Weekend hours for Boomers will be that we open on Saturday at 11am, Mizzou plays Georgia at 11. On Sunday we will open at 11:30am as the Chiefs play at noon. Future weekend opening times will depend on what time local teams and Chiefs play. Be safe and be Boomers ---Bill

Boomer's Update: 11/19/20 OK, off to the great unknown we go. Boomer's will close at midnight tonite, and our hours of operation going forward, listed as until January 16th by the city, will be noon to 10pm. Exceptions to this will be if Mizzou plays an 11am game on a Saturday, as they do next week vs Arkansas, we will open at 11. If the Chiefs have a noon game, we will open at 11:30am. The mask rules have become very simple. If your butt leaves a seat, the mask must be on. ...Zero exceptions. If you want to argue about this law, go some where else and argue to them. Mike has a tentative date of December 8th to resume dart leagues for the winter session. League start time will be pushed up to 7pm. Friday night blind draw will not be held this week, we are working on what plan we are all comfortable with. Trivia will still be held on Saturday night, hoping more will join us, it is a fun time. Prizes will be a $20 gift certificate for the winning team, for 2nd a round of drinks on the bar. Day Poker is still going on, and we are currently just doing it for "fun", with no prizes or points being kept. As we get further into these new times, this may get adjusted. We will also start selling a limited number of to go drinks. The girls are currently working on what 4 or 5 drinks they want to offer. We are installing a "service" window on the deck for transactions. All to go drinks must be sealed when delivered to customer. And if the parking lot turns into a large garbage dump of plastic cups we will discontinue this practice. The kitchen is going to return to somewhat normal hours, with somewhat un normal offerings :). I am basically turning this over to the staff. Stacey will provide further updates on this as it comes together. But we are hoping to offer food from noon to 8:30pm daily. This will go into effect........ Ask Stacey. All the girls seem to have a crock pot recipe that they want to prepare at Boomers, so let's see what is edible LOL. If I have missed some detail, just ask. Boomers Update: 11/16/20. Beginning Thursday night at midnight, or Friday morning at 12:01, geez they make that hard LOL, the city of Kansas City MO. has announced that all bars and restaurants must close at 10PM. Anyone who leaves their seat, for any reason, must be masked. I know dart players will rebel at this, but it is our last week of fall league, so let us get through this. There will be a later update this week after decisions are made how to approach these new requirements, or not. We will keep you informed as we learn more, and of course as I crunch numbers :). As usual be safe, and be Boomers. And please dont hassle the girls, neither they nor I made these rules, but we are in charge of enforcing them. ---Bill

There seems to be some confusion on the wearing of masks on dart nights, so let me clear the air. I have spoken with Bill and the rules of mask wearing have not... changed. But for those that are unsure, here they are. You Do Not have to wear a mask while actually throwing darts or sitting at your designated table. You Do have to wear a mask to enter, to go to the restrooms, and/or move around and socialize with other tables. Like I said, the rules haven't changed. Please be respectable of the rules.
