Bodystretch utilizes a Holistic Healing facilitation emphasizing an Andragogy approach to help adults learn more about their body and discover ways to heal. Bodystretch uses techniques I designed including materials that communicate relevant information about co-learners through questionnaires, evaluations, charts interviews, phone calls, follow-up, simulation, scenarios, observation forms, performance checklist, books, internet and PowerPoint to ensure modalities and plan support desired outcomes. Co-learners share individual and group findings, participate in open feedback, on-going monitoring, coaching and share their story.
