So I’m gonna say something that will probably shock you all..... 2020 was not my favorite year I know, shocker right? But with all the downs this year brought, the good things hit my heart so much harder. This year made me stronger as a person, as a business owner and as a photographer. This year I saw people getting married because they couldn’t stand one more minute without being husband and wife - big wedding or not. Although life tried to knock some people down, ...love prevailed through it all. I do love big, gorgeous celebrations but this year I had the honor of witnessing and photographing so many small, intimate weddings that were led by nothing but hearts full of love and joy. And man oh man, does that hit you right in the feels in a much different way. Although this year was not the best, i feel like it taught us so many things. 2020 taught me things like: Be intentional Love without limitations Be present in the moment Life is what you make of it - so make it great Never stop growing There’s always something new to learn Smile at strangers, you never know what someone else is going through Self care is so important God has a plan, let go and let Him lead And so many others.
