Thanks to all the buyers and the MO Berkshire Association for a great sale last night! Thank you to Jesse Birkenholz and Harlan Reid for the purchase of our boar and Carl Stein and Chuck Wilson for purchasing the Reserve Champion gilt! We appreciate all the interest and positive comments on this boar and his littermates.

Closing out another great Missouri State Fair for our family and pigs! Champion Berkshire boar both days! Littermate gilt goes Reserve Champion today as well. This was a deep litter that included Reserve Champion Berkshire 4H barrow shown by the Cooley family and Reserve Champion Berkshire Gilt at the Northeast MO FFA expo. This boar has been popular and generating a lot of interest. He’s been a standout since he was in the crate. ...
