Bledsoe Rentals has two locations selling Cart-Away concrete in the Kansas City metro. This video is of the Lee's Summit location. They use a dry loading system... in Olathe and here in Lee's Summit they use a much older wet loading system. Both locations have a fleet of Cart-Away mixing trailers to serve customers. They do a bunch of concrete sales with the local cities ( I saw two city trucks in to pick up while there). You will also notice the number of powered concrete buggies that they have for rental. New EQUIPMENT at our Lee's Summit, Missouri and Olathe, Kansas locations! Ditch Witch SK600 Mini-loaders. They might be more compact than our larger mini-loaders, but do not underestimate them. Our Lee's Summit, MO. and Olathe KS. locations are now selling propane at $3.33 per gallon! That comes to $15.65 plus tax for a full gas grill tank! Want to save more? Ask about our propane loyalty program when you come in. Refilling is a much better value than Exchanging! Refilling propane with us is not only faster, but you get up to 1/3 more gas in your tank than exchanging, and we are generally much cheaper! Bring in your propane tank or your RV for your next fill!... **Special Note** During the COVID-19 lockdown, we ask that you either place your tank outside of your vehicle or open your trunk so that our associate may retrieve your tank, fill it, and load you back up from a safe distance. We also offer 2 different options for making your purchase. Option 1: You may still come inside to our showroom to make your purchase. Be advised that we are limiting the number of people in our showroom to less than 10. We also have designated areas for each individual customer to stand to ensure everyone is keeping safe distances from each other. Once you get up to our counter we do have a designated area to stand so that you may be helped from a safe distance. We are also constantly cleaning our credit card terminals and counters. Option 2: You can utilize our drive-thru like system and not ever have to leave your vehicle. Simply pull into our lot, call our store (Lee's Summit: 816-524-4222, Olathe: 913-764-3337) and you can complete your purchase over the phone. Our representative will direct you to either set your tank outside your vehicle or open your trunk so that one of our associates may retrieve the tank, fill it, and load it back into your vehicle. Please be advised we are having moments of high call volume, and we are taking extra time to make sure we are conducting business safely, so please be patient and we will get with you as soon as possible. Kansas City, and the surrounding areas, we wish you the best in this trying time. We are an essential business that will be open. In addition to the sanitary/distancing protocol we put in place last week, we are expanding that list greatly and adjusting some procedures/store hours for this 30-day period that we will outline some of those things below. Our store hours will be Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm, Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm. We are doing a number of things to ensure... both your and our safety. We are limiting the number of people allowed in our showroom at this time, and have designated, spaced-out spaces for people to stand to safely wait in line. We also have a line for people to stand at away from the counter while we are processing their rental contract. At the time of payment the customer will be able to step up and utilize the credit card terminal to complete their contract. We are cleaning the credit card terminals between each use. Our facilities are being cleaned multiple times a day with some areas being cleaned hourly or more. We are asking customers to wait in their vehicles while being loaded and unloaded by our staff, but to please lower your driver's window so that our staff may communicate with you from a safe distance from your vehicle. They will show you the operation of the equipment and answer any questions you have prior to loading you. Just a reminder, we are still sanitizing our equipment, and keys/accessories to our equipment, before and after each rental. There have been customers who did not want to come into the showroom at all to process their rental contract. We can accommodate this. If you would like to drive into our parking lot, then call our phone number ( (816) 524-4222 -Lee's Summit, MO., (913) 764-3337 - Olathe, KS. ) we can begin your rental contract over the phone and take payment and will instruct you how to proceed from there. Keep in mind if we are dealing with customers inside you may be put on hold for a moment until we can get to you. We have multiple other procedures in place that our staff will direct you how to navigate them should they apply to your rental. We are trying to be as flexible and as accommodating as possible. We would like to let our customers and the community know that our Lee's Summit, Missouri and Olathe, Kansas locations remain open for business at this time and are here to help in any way that we can. We have in place strict protocol of sanitation on all equipment upon going out for rental and coming back in to our locations. Among a much longer list of sanitizing/distancing procedures, we are sanitizing the facility every hour at a minimum and are running ozone machines in... our facilities over-night, conducting distancing practices, and our employees are wearing rubber gloves. Please be advised that for your safety and our own, we are running a lighter staff than normal. Due to the lighter staff, and sanitation practices, service may take a little longer than normal. We just got in brand new carpet cleaners to ad to our rental inventory. We tested many units and this one from Shipp is by far our favorite. We have a new line of commercial carpet cleaning/stain removing chemicals as well! Our carpet cleaning chemical does an amazing job and leaves a nice fresh scent. We also carry a very potent solvent based stain remover a highly concentrated enzyme based pet stain/odor remover.
