We at Bishop Law Office remain ready and prepared to represent our clients during this corona virus outbreak and the resulting social distancing being asked of each of us. Nichole and I will both be in and out of the office at different times but we are setting up phone appointments and consultations and can handle pretty much everything by email or otherwise online, including payments. Our phones are being forwarded to my cell phone when we are out of the office so they can continue to be answered. Current clients can reach me directly by email. We are ready to continue working while keeping everyone safe.

Order of the Missouri Supreme Court: Suspension of in-person proceedings from March 16 - April 3, 2020 except for emergency type hearings. So what does this mean to your case? It depends, generally speaking it will need to be rescheduled. Courts are still opened so we can file and move forward with your case, we just can not get a hearing date in the next three weeks. Let me know if you have any questions.
