The Park Board needs your help! We are seeking support from our local businesses/individuals, with the holidays upon us it is time for our annual Christmas Parade! This year's theme is Old Time Christmas in the Park (stay tuned for more details)! We would appreciate any donations of decorations, prizes for the parade winners, presents for Santa, monetary donations, or volunteers for maintenance and/or cleaning around town. Here is an update on the Birch Tree Fall Fest...... Food Vendors are to call Kerah at (573) 466-9668 to reserve your spot. Craft Vendors are to contact Maxine Stark at 573-953-1586 0r on the Birch Tree Event Center FB Page to reserve your spot at the Event Center. Hours will be 8-5 Saturday & Sunday. ... Parade Line-up is at 3pm contact Kerah at (573) 466-9668 Tractor Show Display- is at 1-3pm contact Wayne at 440-454-3125 Pumpkin Contest- the Chamber will have tables set up to paint your pumpkin starting at 1pm. If your are submitting a carved pumpkin it MUST BE CARVED prior to arrival. Contact Trish at 417-674-1552 with questions. Costume Contest- will be conducted immediately following the parade.
