To our cherished guests: I have owned restaurants here in St. Louis for over 25 years and never experienced anything like we are facing now with the concerns ov...er COVID-19. This is an uncertain and difficult time for our community, especially our hospitality industry. We want to assure you of all of the precautions that we are taking at our Bar Les Frères, I Fratellini and Billie-Jean to take care of you, our guests, as well as our team. Cleanliness is always a top propriety for our restaurants, but we are taking additional precautionary measures to ensure we create a healthy and safe environment for everyone. How We’re Staying Safe: We will be rearranging our dining rooms at all three restaurants to create a more acceptable social distance between tables at each of our establishments. Of course, if anyone is demonstrating signs of illness, we are mandating they refrain from work indefinitely, for their safety and yours. As always, we will be operating above and beyond sanitizing protocols, and have implemented extra precautionary measures to ensure a comfortable and safe dining experience for our guests. Menus will be one-use only, and each restaurant will be vigilant at every pass to ensure sanitized work stations and restaurant environments across the board. How you can support? We also want to ensure that we can adapt with these times, and take care of our teams at each restaurant. We will be offering a limited menu from each restaurant available for pick-up or delivery within a 2.5 mile radius. Guests can enjoy traditional French bistro fare from Bar Les Freres, refined Italian fare from I Fratellini, American plates with Southeast Asian influences from Billie Jean. If you’ve dined with us, you know how our staff always goes above and beyond, and this is no exception. If you order off our special delivery menu, a member of our team will be the one to bring it by your home. This will help to offset the loss of tips with a decrease in restaurant reservations.
