Hey guys we want to reach out to our fans and neighbors and get some input from all of you. Big Richards is still doing well but frankly hot dog season is during the summer months, winter tends to not be as busy. We want to continue to support the community by offering great our great menu that you all have some to know and love, but supplement with some fresh new flavors. Our Idea is to bring in some up and coming chefs/ restauranteurs and have them bring their expertise in... different segments and or cuisines. A pop up restaurant if you will. These chefs will not bring variations of dogs but more of a showcase of different cuisines. What specifically would you all like to see? Pho? Ramen? Tamales? Tacos? Burgers? Please let us know what you would like to see. If you are a up and coming chef (or know one) that makes an outstanding dish we want to talk to you. Have you ever dreamed of showcasing it? We are participating in Lindenwood’s Food Fight for spirit week. Come in and try our Lindenwood themed hot dog and vote for us on their voting site! Lindenwood Lumberjack is 1/2lb all beef dog half is chili and beer cheese and the other half is roast beef, gravy and stl style cheese.
