The National Association of REALTORS released their data in regards to the drop in average mortgage rates to 2.65% this week. The drop on the average 30-year fixed loan is down from 2.67% last week. With the economy recovering and housing momentum continuing into 2021, mortgage rates will begin to slowly move back to their pre-pandemic levels.
