Like most dental office in Springfield, we shut down our facility to all but emergency related treatment back in March, as advised by the local, state, and national dental authorities. This was to do our part to help flatten the curve of disease transmission. We have spent the past 6 weeks implementing new sterilization, cleaning, disinfectant, and sanitation measures to make dental visits safer than every for our team and patients. I am happy to report that after a soft sta...rt last week with the team and select patients, we are up to speed on these new systems, and will be opening our doors Monday May 4th. As patients, you should feel encouraged and comfortable to now continue seeing your provider regularly for preventive and routine dental care. With exponential growth in dental technology in the past 10 years, dentistry is quicker, safer, and more comfortable than ever. In particular our office has implementing in office same day digital impressions and crowns, 3D printing, 3D xrays, all Digital low-dose xrays, among much more. With this new normal, we have added even more technology such as these HEPA-13 Medical grade air filters throughout the patient areas. These will purify the air in each room two times every 15 minutes with 99.97% particle filtration.
