How’s the local market? Much better than you might imagine! Some stats for April: 1. April 6-12 saw biggest dip in new listings, 19% decrease from prior week. 2. Following 2 weeks, nice uptick in new listings. 12.3% and 7.9% increase for April 13-19 and April 20-26. 3. I anticipate this week to trend upward, I check new listings first thing every morning.
