Apartments available at Skyline, Eastwood, and Westwood properties in Bethany. Bethany Housing Authority offers lawn care, snow removal, and maintenance services to all tenants. We are an income based housing program so rent is based upon the individual household income and deductions. Interested individuals may come in to our office during business hours from 8am-4:30pm to request an application.... Features include: -Washer and dryer hook ups are available in each unit. -Water, sewer, and trashed paid is paid for by us -1 Pet is allowed per unit with a $250.00 pet deposit -Outdoor storage closet -Designated parking space The maximum amount of rent on a 3 Bedroom Apartment is $604.00 per month, 2 Bedroom Apartment is $460.00 per month, and a 1 Bedroom is $335.00 per month. However, due to income based apartments this total rent amount could be less based on your individual gross income amounts in your household. Security deposit is required of $100.00. Potential tenants must be able to secure utilities in their name in the city of Bethany. All applicants are processed through our wait list. Applicants will date and time stamped once application is received and added to our wait list. Local applicants of Harrison County take precedence over out of town applicants. A pre-interview is established after application is received and criminal record check is completed. If you have experience and knowledge of heating and air units, plumbing, electrical systems, hand and electrical tools then you may be the right person for the job. The job includes working at three of our complex sites performing repairs and general maintenance work of apartments, grounds, and equipment. Tasks may include mowing, snow removal, painting, dry wall repairs, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, maso...nry, and other duties as assigned, The perfect candidate is detailed oriented, has a professional appearance, is able to work a flexible schedule, pass a background check, have a clean driving record, and comes with a positive attitude. Salary range is $14.00-16.00/hour with benefits and will be based on certifications and experience.
