Hi, Friends! Happy Saturday! There has been a little change with our salon hours. We are no longer open on Saturdays due to the high numbers of no call, no shows and last minute cancellations. We average about 5 no call, no shows and 6 last minute cancellations on Saturdays (this isn’t including the 1 or 2 on other days). ... I feel like any time I post something I’m giving you guys bad news. So on the plus side, I’m (as in Ni) will be working as early as 8am and as late as 10pm and Richard is willing to work later as well. We hope everyone is staying safe and having a great weekend!

Hi, Friends! It’s been 2 weeks since we’ve opened back up and it has been so nice getting to see all of you! As you know, we’ve decided to start taking appointments. We like it so much that we will be doing them from now on. ... Since taking appointments is new for us and you, we’re trying our best to accommodate everyone and make everything go as smooth as possible. Since we’ve opened, we have had a total of 52 no call/no shows. This doesn’t include those that cancel less than 12 hours before their appointment. One of the best ways for you to help make these appointments go smoothly is for everyone to try their best to make their appointments in a timely manner or if you cancel, cancel in a timely manner. We are now implementing a new policy. Anyone that is a no call/no show or cancels less than 12 hours before their appointment must come into the salon to book their next appointment and put down a $20 non-refundable deposit that will go towards their service.
