Awhile back an idea came up to do a series of tribute shows. Themes are fun, but we know quite a few talented musicians that quite possible *you* don't know. Greg Klyma falls into that category. He's a full time musician living in Boston Mass and if you have actually seen his show, you know already that Greg is a BIG Tom Petty Fan. So instead of just using the ol' worn out billing of "Tribute Show for...." we are instead employing the negative by saying that this is "An Even...ing Without Tom Petty". Greg claims to have upwards of 40 Petty songs in his repertoire, but we're not going to hold him to all of those, or even to just Tom Petty songs. Greg has penned some wonderful tunes as well, and is quite talented at presenting them. We had plans on the Saturday night he is coming thru, but after a bit of hashing it around and staring at the calendar, we decided that it'd be just as well to have a concert on Sunday night, even though it's Super Bowl Sunday. So if you're the kind that would enjoy music more than National sports, come just us for an Evening Without Tom Petty. 100% of the tickets sales goes directly to Greg, so he can learn even more Petty songs!

Well, it's about time I dusted off this page and put it to good use. It was started quite some time ago as a promotional tool for music at Peaceful Bend Vineyard. Not long after it was created, things started deteriorating in my personal life, and 'most everything was put on hold. Toss in a catastrophic fire that destroyed the actual barrel door, and a few more years flitted by. Three years later now, and the new building is pretty much completed and we're chomping at the bit to get things back into full swing. We have quite a few events already planned, and then quite a few more in the works.
