Welcome to The Famous Building lofts and offices! A historic building originally housing a retail store, our lead designer, Stacy Knauer is responsible for this newly renovated space. Located on Commercial Street in Springfield, Missouri, this building is situated next to many shops and restaurants, a perfect place to live for all walks of life. Each loft is uniquely designed based on the space planning and historic preservation requirements, but contain the same overall fin...ishes to create a cohesive design that pays homage to the past, but introduces a fresh concept. Neutral colors allow for the blue accents to vibrantly pop and bring focus to the kitchen area. The refurbished wood floors and window casings as well as the light fixtures are a tribute to the original design of the 1920's.
