Happy 10 year anniversary Missy! Missy has been working hard at Austin Orthodontics for 10 years! She is the first person that arrives at the office and usually the last person to leave each day. She is always at the office! RELIABLE is Missy’s middle name! She never misses work unless it’s for a hard earned day off. Most often she will be up working on Fridays too. Besides being the front desk manager she works behind the scenes with Dr. Austin as facilities manager coordinating the landscapers, roofers, plumbers, fish tank maintence, HVac, etc). While Missy is not a huge fan of having her photo taken... we have managed to get her beautiful smiling face in several photos over the years. We love you Missy and are thankful for a job well done! Today the office will be closed from 11:15-1:00 to celebrate Missy!

He’s HERE! A huge congratulations to Brittany and Andrew on the arrival of their miracle boy Sawyer! Sawyer arrived last Tuesday 9/22. He was 9lbs 5oz and 21.5 inches long. We are so happy for these sweet family of 3!

2020 has been a rollercoaster year- but this team has been along for the ride and never got off the coaster! When the CDC & ADA said we had to close the office this team stood strong and supported each other. When the CDC & ADA said we could return to work not one person complained about coming back even through the fears, the risks , and changes in PPE. They put themselves at risk to provide excellent care to the AO patients. Day in and day out they show up, they are positive, they work so hard for the best orthodontic outcomes, and are AWESOME! While this is not a normal Staff Apprecaition Day due to COVID we still wanted and needed to celebrate . Lunch on the patio at Houlihans, paid afternoon off to do whatever you wanted, and bonus checks! Hoping we can celebrate with a fun activity later but this will have to do.

The Austin Orthodontic Family is GROWING! Ortho assistant Brittany and her husband are having a baby! The count down to his arrival has started! Today we celebrated the parents-to-be with a Qdoba Catered lunch, cake, and showered the couple with gifts! We can’t wait to see and meet Baby Boy Bergman!
