My great great grandmother Nancy Ellen Collier Swearengin. Lived near and is buried at Dover cemetery

My grandfather Ira Pannell taught school one year likely in Aurora shown here. Anyone recognize anyone or what school. I might be wrong but I don’t think this is Lick Prairie but I might be wrong.

In 1995 there was a group of women who were a "bridge club" getting together to play bridge. You will recognize many of the names on this tapestry that are par...t of the history of Aurora. That club lasted for years. NOTE: This Tapestry is now hanging in the Aurora Historical Society's office and museum. It was always said that my great great great grandmother Pannell was part Cherokee Indian. Seems like to me a lot of these Pannell’s look that way some. Does anyone else see a different look.

Sarah Jane Swearengin McClure my great grandmother lived near and is buried at McNeill Chapel. If anyone you know is named Swearengin based on my research I am related to you.

Met up with my cousin Bobby Bray this weekend and he gave me treasure trove of stuff that belonged to my grandpa Joe McNeill of the McNeill/Holt family. I believe this is Lick Prairie school.
