We are in the midst of our first winter during a global pandemic. People are naturally more depressed in the dark winter months. Please reach out and come to see us. We are here to help. Sunny days are on the way.

Our Academy will be closed on Wednesday, February 17 due to frozen pipes and plumbing issues. Will keep you updated on closings as decisions are made. Stay safe and warm!

Hello friends! Due to power outages and burst pipes in our building, the food pantry, wardrobe, and the academy will all be closed this evening. If you have a food pantry appointment, feel free to come as a walk-in Thursday or Saturday during our pantry hours and we will serve you. If you have a wardrobe appointment, these will be honored next Tuesday, February 22nd. We're so sorry about the inconvenience. Stay warm out there folks!

Are you dealing with loneliness, anxiety, depression, life’s struggles, addiction? You are not alone. Find emotional and spiritual support by attending The Meeting on Thursday nights from 6:30-8pm at A Turning Point Mission Center located at 5105 NW Waukomis Dr. The Meeting is a place where adults can journey through the difficulties of life surrounded by a community that provides hope, accountability, grace, growth and dignity. Led by group leaders, participants meet in affinity small groups, socially distanced and masked for conversation and learning. Our Academy has postponed our January graduation ceremony because of COVID restrictions. We will reschedule this as soon as possible!
