Awesome Classes and Fight Night. Everyone really pushed themselves. A special thanks to Mr. King, Mr. Milligan, and Mr. Lillard for helping hang our next mirror. Our school like our students is always improving!!!

Hard to believe that just a year ago we began work on our school. Uncertain of the future, we hoped we could create something worthwhile and powerful. With th...e help of family(Dr. Gulley, Aaron, Tiffany, Emma, Hannah, Scarlett, Alyssa, Alex, Ryan, and Tori), ATA family (Chief Master Prosser, Ms. Shuree, and even little Summer), founding families and members ( The Kings, The Lillards, The Fronterhouse family, Jordan Mcelvy, and Caleb Milligan) we began. With this base we have grown. So many wonderful families and individuals have joined our Salem ATA family. Step by step, we have become something amazing. We can not wait to see how you all grow. We can not wait to see how our Salem ATA family grows. Thank you all for the honor of teaching you, and the privilege of learning from you. SALEM ATA STRONG!!!!!! Mr. and Mrs. Poucher

It's always nice when everyone in your division goes home with at least one medal. Competed against 5 other black belts today. I surprised myself by getting first in combat sparring (sparring with a weapon). Prosser Ata Ridgeview Christian Church Theresa Poucher RJ Conner Lyndsey Garrison

First off, I would like to congratulate all of our Salem students who competed in the tournament. Everyone did amazing!!!! Second I would like to congratulate... all of our brothers and sisters from Rolla, Cuba, and Washington. Everyone brought their A game. It was an honor to watch and judge your competitions. Lastly I would like to thank Mr. Mcdowell, Dr. "Doom" Garrison, Dr. Bloch, Mr. Hesse, and the indomitable R.J. Conner for giving Old Mr. Poucher a chance to dust off his sparring gear and get in the mix. Also I special thanks to Bob Miers, who was a great help. It was awesome to see him out and doing, what he clearly loves. I want you to know that you are all winners in my book, medals or not. It takes a lot of courage to get out there in the spotlight and perform. I could not be more proud to be part of such a diverse and skilled ATA family that spans so many cities and students. No tournament Class tonight, Mr. Poucher is swamped. Everyone knows what they need to do at the tournament. Everyone practice and bring their best. Lets show them what Salem ATA can do.
