Congratulations to David Stafford for being our first employee of the month!! This $100 monthly award has been established for employee excellence and given to employees that management feels has gone above and beyond expectations. David started at Arrowhead in December 2010. As of January 2019, he assumed the duties of warehouse supervisor at Winner Road. Arrowhead wants to thank David for the exceptional work and good attitude he has provided throughout his career here,... but especially in the past month. Since taking over the warehouse, the changes he has made there and in our shipping department is truly outstanding. Rod Baker has been quoted as saying, Stafford is a great asset to me during my daily running of the shipping department." Outside of work David enjoys spending time with family, hunting and fishing. Congratulations David - keep up the great work!!
