A contractor working at and/or near Green House Cottages Nursing Home (across from the Rison school) cut a 300 pair cable serving virtually every subscriber south on 35 Highway from this point. This also includes subscribers along 114 Highway. The local repairmen will be making a temporary splice until the permanent repairs can be made. The telephone cable facilities were located. The ,100 pair cable also in this area was not damaged, so it is possible a few subscribers may still have service. This affects telephone and internet service. Please share

Cleveland County I just spoke with our IT guy and this is what we assume happened. Someone is doing some kind of construction (not sure what) this is around the same area but is 5 miles outside of Leesburg Texas. Whom ever is boring hit the fiber again and he damaged some of it. We were still up and running. Then when the spicers went to fix the fiber they had to cut it to repair. Which then took us out. The upside of this is that the spice crew was already on site . Just trying to explain it to you the best I can.
