ARCO’s St. Louis office recently completed a 70,000 SF Office/Warehouse facility for Hager Companies located in Montgomery, Alabama. The facility includes 40’ minimum clear height in the warehouse area, 12 dock positions with one 12’x14’ drive-in door, ESFR fire protection throughout the building and exterior and interior LED fixtures. Founded in 1848, the St. Louis based door hardware company has two locations within the MO/AL states- St. Louis and Montgomery. ARCO's Tampa office is happy to announce that Community Park Storage is now open and leasing storage units for their new 93,450 SF three-story self-storage facility in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania! The facility provides 758 climate-controlled storage units, 44 exterior drive-up storage units, and a 1,500 SF interior loading dock for covered loading and unloading. The self-storage facility was constructed with light gauge metal framing and features an exterior façade of architectural concrete block, thin brick veneer, aluminum composite metal panels, corrugated metal panels, and aluminum storefront windows.
