Celebrating our students Congratulations to seniors Gabbi Cook and Maddy Salanski who earned President's Volunteer Service awards, granted by Prudential Spirit on behalf of the President.

Alumni Cookbook O'Hara Senior Sadie Mallory is creating an Alumni Cookbook as her Senior Project. If you would like to include a recipe please e-mail your recipe to Sadie. [email protected]. Please include your name and year of Graduation. Sadie is excited about this project and would like to thank Alumni who participate.

Pack the House with Celtics. The final regular season home basketball games for O’Hara High School will take place on Friday, February 17th. Basketball, Cheer, Dance, and Drumline will have Senior Night between games. There will be alumni recognition during the halftime of each game and a reception after. Varsity games are 6:00 and 7:30. Spread the word to Celtics near and far to Pack the House on Friday, February 17th.

Please join us for our Celtic Prayer of Remembrance this Thursday, November 3rd at 6:30 pm in the Archbishop O'Hara High School Commons. We will be honoring and remembering alumni and staff who have gone to their Eternal resting place. There will be a Reception following the service. Please extend our invitation to family members and friends.

Come out and support our teams this weekend as they advance in post season play. The Football Team plays the second round of Districts at Summit Christian Academy on Friday at 7:00 pm. The Men's Soccer Team won Districts and Sectionals and play Quarterfinals At Rockhurst University at 3:00 pm Saturday. Please come out and cheer on the Celtics!

Celebrating our students: Ben Palacios, a freshman and a dual citizen of the US and Columbia, South America, was informed by the Columbian National basketball commissioner that he was selected to the Colombian National basketball team! Ben will travel to Colombia for a week of practice prior to traveling to Uruguay for a week of tournament play in hopes of winning a gold medal for Colombia. Good luck to Ben! We are proud of you!

Please join us this Friday for the final home football game against St. Pius X Warriors. This is also the final Crystal Cup game. Fill the stands and celebrate being a Celtic and Archbishop O'Hara High School! There will be no admission charge. However, donations will be accepted at the gate.

If you plan on attending the Homecoming game tomorrow evening please plan to car pool. We are expecting huge crowds. Please also respect the neighbors if parking on the street and you cannot use the parking lot for tailgating. Please use the grassy areas for tailgating.

HOMECOMING 2016. Please join us this Friday September 23rd at 7:00 pm for the FINAL ARCHBISHOP O'HARA HIGH SCHOOL HOMECOMING! Help us fill the stadium with Alumni and friends and make this final Homecoming one to remember. Show your Celtic Pride! Once a Celtic, Always a Celtic!

It is with much sadness that we say goodbye to former O'Hara Teacher, Coach and Legend Mr. Paul Monteil. Mr. Monteil passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 29th. A visitation will take place on Tuesday July 5th at 10:00 am with a Funeral Mass to follow at Noon. All services will take place at St. John Francis Regis Church. Please keep the Monteil family in your prayers during this very sad time. May the soul of Coach Monteil, rest in peace.
