Unfortunately spiders are not the only ones looking for warmth. Mice are also highly active this time of year. Typically December-March I do not come back out for regular maintenance unless requested. However to prevent mice I place out two or more large bait stations at $25 each then come refill/replace monthly for $24.99. If you want to keep them out on a per month basis April-November (along with the spraying treatment) it is just $5 for every two bait stations. So to have two bait stations added to your monthly service during the months of April-November it will be $29.99 total.
