If you are like I am, you hate getting food to go in a styrofoam container......So, we are switching to a new biodegradable and compost able to-go box for our burgers, fries, appetizers, and round sandwiches! This is grease resistant to leaking, doesn’t sweat and get food soggy as the styrofoam and is great for the environment! It’s made entirely out of a plant based fiber, with no chemicals or harmful to the environment materials! We have larger boxes coming in the future for our sandwiches and platters! We just received a small order of these in today!

We have no more styrofoam cups, or styrofoam to go box’s at the Antler! We have switched to 2 different sizes of a plant based, compostable, biodegradable take out containers! We have switched our styrofoam cups to a plant based resin cup that is also biodegradable and compostable. It looks like plastic but is not! It can only handle cold items! We are also in the process of switching to a plant based resin straw, not the paper straw that collapses! The only plastic container to go is our low carb pizza bowl containers. We strive to make our restaurant the best we can!

It is our homemade hamburger patty grilled to perfection, 2 slices of Swiss cheese, 2 orders of sautéed sliced mushrooms, sautéed onions, with a side of asparagus! I added 2 thick slices of our hickory smoked bacon for an additional $2.99! It is delicious!
