Are you spending some of your time at home cleaning out closets? There may be some things you have that would help stray cats! Do you have any washcloths and towels you no longer need? We are experiencing a MAJOR washcloth/towel shortage and would love to put your old stuff to use. We use washcloths for all wiping of surfaces, cleaning of enclosures, bathing of kittens, and any other function that involves wiping or drying. Towels (any size) are used in enclosures, and als...o for cleaning purposes. Our supply is LOW! Washcloths/towels for donation can be put by our front door, if possible in a plastic bag. That is our Covid times donation drop off spot. THANK YOU for your help! PS - We are also low on laundry detergent (perfume free, dye free) and BLEACH. Plain old bleach with no special scent and NOT low splash. THANKS!!!

Happy Black Cat Day from Dahlia! Only a baby herself (under 1 year old), she came to us with a litter of 5 newborn kittens! She did a fabulous job raising them and now she is ready to get back to her own life. As you may have noticed, she is not completely black. Her fur is white underneath and black at the surface. So gorgeous! A cat with this coloring is commonly referred to as a 'smoke'. I couldn't decide which photo of her I liked the best - so I am posting both... She is loving, spicy, sweet, playful. A multi-dimensional beauty. Happy Black Cat Day to all of the beautiful black (and almost black) cats out there! You are gorgeous and special and we love you all We would love to see YOUR black cat(s)! Please feel free to post pictures!
