Someone on my timeline posted this. It resonates so much with me and I think with so many of my clients. Being assertive, setting boundaries and saying no to others can be very hard BUT sometimes that’s exactly what needs to be done. As a healer, I have been known to put the needs of others before my own. With my clients that’s important but with my friends and family that doesn’t help me or help our relationship. So thinking about how to continue to focus on saying something even if it’s uncomfortable is key to personal growth.

I got my first dose of the COVID 19 vaccine. I’m doing my part to keep my family and my patients safe.

Whenever I feel like my life is too busy, it really helps me to sit down and organize my time. I love to use colored pens and stickers to enhance the experience. I’m also drinking some sparkling water to stay alert. How do you stay on top of everything?

Life as a mom is so amazing and hard and amazing and hard. I keep reminding myself in the moments when I'm so exhausted with the constant questions, loads of laundry and "I'm bored" moments that the kids are growing up fast and that we will find fun times together amidst the chaos. Rest is an essential part of self care!!!!

Courage is important. Consider how you some of these steps might help in building a culture of courage.

This is an important reminder. We don’t always know what is behind the curtain. Stop comparing yourself to what you see on social media. Most people are only posting their best self but not their flaws.

In life there are 2 kinds of people, be careful who you surround yourself with.
