Cheers to Friday, ya'll! What are you pouring yourself tonight? Lately, I've been sipping on this delicious @plantation.rum Fiji. It was distilled in 2009 from both column and pot stills, aged in Fiji for 7 years and then sent to France to age 2 years in Ferrand casks. It's full of savory, Scotch-like notes on the nose, but has a delicious butterscotch, and nutty flavor on the palate.
