Closing Day! I’m behind in posting but wanted celebrate this sweet client. She was able to buy her first home for herself and her family last month, and I couldn’t be more excited for her! This is something she can call her own which makes my heart so happy for her. We made sure she didn’t have to bring anything (zero down) to closing which was such a relief to her.
