Hi everyone! I have two sets of buyers that I am actively searching for. #1 would like a 4 bedroom 2-3 bath 2-3 car garage on at least 1/3 of an acre. They would love a shop or the ability to build one (not restricted in the subdivision) . Republic would be optimal but also would consider southwest Springfield (Wanda Gray or McBride) and Nixa. Under $190,000... #2 would like at least 2000 sq ft , prefers 4 bedroom but 3 with an office space would work.
