I totally love living near Old St. Charles and the Katy Trail. It was a must have when I bought my house. Remember to research the neighborhood before you buy. Check out the area, amenities and the school system to be sure that your address corresponds with the correct school district. Also attend a community meeting, if possible. DIY Tip for the Week: Give your sink a double-duty face-lift. Fit an under-mount sink with a cutting board for more prep space. 1. Measure the length and width of the basin, adding inch to each side. 2. Trim a piece of butcher block to size. 3.
