Tonight’s event will feature port-style wines with truffle pairings: O...ur Blak 64 is a ruby style with a velvety mouth feel and luscious ripe berry tones. It will be captivating when paired with the Aztec Dark truffle. Our Diamond 406 is a white port, with a vibrant fruitiness. We can't wait to put it with the Goat Cheese & Honey Truffle. Finally, our Seven has been aged seven years to a rich tawny style. It it smooth, mellow and smoky, and seems made for the Smoke & Rye Truffle. Handcrafted chocolates @westonandwadechocolateco Other wine will be Berry Blush, Heritage, and Kran Rose’. Truffles will also include Espresso, Dark & Stormy, Dark Roasted Coconut and, of course, Port Wine.
