Sound on! Beautiful January morning at this Amish Homestead.

Trying out our new Amish Meatloaf Sauce tonight! We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of spicy flavor in this sauce. Definitely worth a try! Next time we will make sure and have dried onion flakes on hand instead of fresh onion, and will stir 1/3 of the sauce into the meatloaf, and put the remaining 2/3 on top! We all agree that we are looking forward to the leftover meatloaf sandwich tomorrow! Recipe below: 2 lbs lean ground beef, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, mix together well, top with Amish Meatloaf Sauce and bake at 400 for 1 hour!

Serving fresh, made to order, delicious meals from 6am-10pm daily!
