He came out and did an inspection and said that he believed the damage warranted a replacement. Someone from our insurance company came out and agreed, saying that our gutters had also been damaged and needed replaced. John did all the dealing with the insurance company and set up all the repair work for both the roof and gutters for us. He walke...d us through every option and explained exactly how much insurance would cover and options for what our potential repairs would cost out of pocket (including our insurance deductible). He also said that the amount of roof vents that we had was not up to code, and got the insurance company to agree to pay for additional roof venting as well. The roof work was done quickly and looked great when it was complete. We had a couple of small concerns at the end that we were unsure about with the repairs, and they were quickly addressed by the installers to our satisfaction.
