I don’t get this meme regarding the woman and cat...assuming I’ve missed something but this one could not be more true!

Today I had a client call for windshield replacement. His Lexus was hit by a large rock and the crack was larger than the size of a dollar bill, so it needed replacing, not repairing. The windshield estimate from the dealership came to $2700.00 due to all the computers and sensors in vehicles these days. His comprehensive deductible is $1000 BUT his glass coverage deductible is $100. Farmers covered it all except for the $100 and gave Lexus and our client the fastest help wit...hout any issues. I think the glass coverage is my favorite thing we offer. I have never had any issues with it and it makes my clients soooo thankful every time they use it! I had to share because that’s the most expensive windshield claim I’ve personally had in my agency but it’s becoming very common and goes to show vehicles aren’t like they used to be!! If you don’t have glass coverage, please contact your agent and ask to add it! It’s less than $1.00 a month to have and just saved this guy $900.00 (his comp deductible is $1000).
