Fall is approaching and that means beef is now available as whole, half and quarters. The next processing dates are September 18, October 4, and October 11 with pickup or delivery available approximately 3 to 4 weeks later. Get it while you can! All beef comes from steers that were born on our farm, are under 30 months of age and are 100% grass-fed. They have never had antibiotics, vaccines, chemical wormers, or grains. Just pure beef.
