OUTAGE NOTICE: We are currently experiencing a wide spread outage due to a lightning strike at our offices. The towers affected are: ... We are working towards getting the network back online as soon as possible, but due to the storms, we may have to wait until morning to climb if there is equipment on the tower itself that needs to be replaced. We’ve been monitoring the COVID-19 virus and have chosen to discontinue new customer installations starting on Monday March 23rd. Service calls will still be performed on the exterior of homes but we will not be entering anyone’s residence. We are hoping to perform tower infrastructure upgrades starting next week. This will depend on quarantine guidelines and common sense. Our most valuable assets are our customers, our employees and their families. We intend to do what is best for all. Our plan is to resume new installations again on Monday, April 6, depending on the situation then.

KTIS Mexico Customers- The migration of equipment from KTIS to Alsat Wireless has seen some road blocks. The issue is very technical. We have a plan of action and are working toward getting your service back as soon as possible. Please be patient. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.
