McDonald's sundial billboard: Amazingly designed McDonald's stroked back in the ongoing fast food breakfast war with a their most creative billboard in Wrigleyv...ille. Designed by ad agency with the input of an engineer, the billboard featured a real sundial whose shadow falls on a different breakfast item each hour until noon, when the shadow of the McDonald's arches are dead center.

We had the privilege of helping Mrs. Jackson with her recent book, "Sankofa: Lessons Learned." "Sankofa: Lessona Learned" is a collection of stories, portrayed through photographs of quilts that Marla created to tell stories of African American history, such as those of Harriet Tubman, Ida B. Wells, James Baldwin, and countle...ss others. Marla's blends modern and traditional techniques of quilting using a variety of mediums, such as beads, buttons, paints, mixtures of fabrics, and much more.
