Assalaamu Alykum, Jazakum Allahu Khair for your support in past FB fundraising to help support/maintain the school/masjid. We are now redirecting our efforts to modify the exterior appearance of the school. There are a lot of issues that need to be resolved to make our school a safe and proper environment for our children. Phase 1: Removing multiple trees around the premises. We are focusing on removing these trees as they are causing foundation issues to the property (tree r...oots), some are leaning trees that pose a threat to the building/roof, furthermore, it will reduce any fallen branches that may pose a threat to the children. Phase 2: Fencing the entire property of the school. This will ensure the safety of the school/masjid and prevent any wandering student from going into the busy street. Phase 3: Reconstruct the school playground. Purchasing a commercial playground, create a small (walking/running) track, mini soccer field Phase 4: New school signage & probable expansion of the parking lot.
