last call for Final Fall clean-ups We’ve done nearly 65 % of our customers for leaf-cleanups within past two weeks. We were able to majority by using our mowers themselves by closing off the mower chutes and grinding them up by going over the lawn 4-5 times until diminished. We had a lot of positive feedback by doing so, and enough people signed up to have kept us busy for these previous two weeks which is also a cheaper alternative than having to pay to haul them away.... Somehow we pulled it off Scrambling last minute before the storm to get everything geared up, wiring for our new spreaders and plows. Thanks to the crew over at William Nobbe/John Deere for staying after hours for us to get out keeping the bills paid. 15/Hr shifts for our entire team of guys throughout today. Learning a lot, and that’s the end goal. We intended to be working leaf clean-ups and such at this point in season, but it’s a never ending surprise here in STL. W...e were still able to help out a few of our residential customers as well with their driveways after parking lots were finished up for local businesses to open up. Great work men. A couple recent purchases this last week as we’re starting to alter our game plan in preparation for snow removal this winter season. Shout out to Jake for making the long Haul up to Michigan to land us a nice Salt spreader. Fingers crossed we’ll get some use. Followed by a quick picture with B and Jake before they headed out early morning to get some work done for our customers.

A personal goal since Day 1 was to expand our service into another level of residential in the Upper Whitmoor neighborhood in Weldon Spring. We were grateful to land the opportunity early last week.

Good morning everyone, It’s early Tuesday, looks as if we’re finally through this gloomy never ending rain. Ground is still to soft to pull the mowers back out yet, but we’re all anxious to get back in action and start scheduling more work throughout the month to keep the team busy at work. We’re all persistent at finishing this season strongly. Will follow up with a few updates following this post, and will keep you in the loop with some recent work of ours. Lastly we’ll be running a couple ads with what we’re currently offering, in addition to a few more services we’re looking into to close out the season.

What separates us from the rest? This season we’re not only offering Core Aeration and overseeding, but a top dressing and starter fertilizer as an add on option if desired to ensure that our customers get the required results that they’d expect. If you’re curious on what top dressing (compost) is, we can better help explain. Certain companies may say an Aeration is enough to get an established lawn again, but in reality that’s false. It’s about having a good soil foun...dation before anything for the lawn to look it’s best and most healthy. Compost not only helps the structure of the soil that the grass is growing, but it makes it easier for the roots to expand in the soil. As well as: It Releases nutrients slowly, which has a longer effect on the health the lawn. helps decrease acidic soils contains micronutrients decreases erosion or run off can reduce amount of chemicals needed on the turf. Having a nutrient rich soil in the bare areas of the lawn that had been damaged from this summers heat provides the nutrients necessary for the organic levels in the soil. It also enhances germination rate of new seed. Excited to address we’ve just received our newest purchase shown in the images below. This new aerator we can use to attach to pull behind our commercial mowers when lawns are overly watered to prevent leaving ruts, ensuring we’re getting the best results for our customers. As well as be able to go on in incline on hills, fit through small fence gates, and to prevent beating up our bodies opposed to pushing. Also We’ve gone far enough to purchase an app in which pin-points the exact property lines on new clients lawns to get exact sq. When deadlines are tight, we have to do what’s necessary to make ends meet, and call for a long Saturday. Here’s a few before/after pictures from a larger job we took on this past Weekend. Our everyday goal is to not be your average Joe lawncare company.
