Camden and Moniteau PHASE 2... Miller and Morgan PHASE 1 Laclede PHASE 0" See more

We were just notified that Laclede County Court was moved from Phase 1 down to Phase 0 under the Supreme Court's pandemic Orders, effective immediately (December 15, 2020) by Order of the presiding Circuit Judge. That is not good to say the least! Phase Zero... Most in-person proceedings suspended Access to courthouse greatly limited

We received notice that all counties in th 26th Judicial Circuit (Laclede, Camden, Morgan, Miller & Moniteau) will continue at Phase 1 under the Supreme Courts COVID-19 Order for the coming week in court. This limits activities in court.

Not good news on our court status under the Missouri Supreme Court's Orders over the pandemic. We were advised today that we will continue at our Phase 1 level through at least next week in Laclede County. That will once again impact what matters can be taken up at the courthouse, severely limiting cases. We will continue to do our best to keep followers of our page updated on the latest news on the Court.

There has been a change in the County phases effective October 12, 2020. They are now as follows: CAMDEN 1 LACLEDE 1... **MONITEAU ** 1 MILLER 2 MORGAN 2 The above are the present Covid-19 phases per Missouri Supreme Court Orders for the counties in the 26th Judicial Circuit. Phase 1 is "very" restrictive on types of court proceedings in the county courthouse.

We received notice this morning that Laclede County is still at Phase 1 under the Missouri Supreme Courts orders. Not gaining ground to a 2 or losing ground to 0. Status quo from past two weeks. Phase 1 does continue to limit court service and access unfortunately at our Courthouse.

CAMDEN 1 LACLEDE 1 MILLER 2 MONITEAU 2 MORGAN 2... These are the Covid-19 Phases under the Missouri Supreme Court Orders for the counties in the 26th Judicial Circuit for the week of 9-28-20 to 10-02-20. These phases affect what matters can be addressed in court. Hoping for 2's and 3's in all our counties next week so things can begin to get back to normal for the folks we help on legal maters.
