Being apart of the Consumer Direct Service care known as CDS is a direct home care service utilize by Missouri Home and Communit...y Based Services (HCBS) Program. It is a free service for individuals 18 years of age and above who have a medical or physical disability, active and eligible Medicaid for the HCBS program to receive non-license home care in your home to assist individuals live safely and remain in their own dwelling. All Access CDS is here to offer assistant, clarity of the program, and provide you with services available to you under Missouri waiver program. We have local offices in Springfield, St. Louis, Kansas City, and Joplin. We have knowledgeable CDS Specialists in each branch to assist you in moving forward and gaining the assistant you need.
