I just wanted to share that we had pleasant company New Year's Day when two sisters traveling with their children & new puppy had the misfortune of a tire blow-...out and caused other issues to their Tahoe. Fortunately, everyone was fine. Scotty's Tow brought their SUV here to be repaired. The ladies and their kids stayed with us for the evening & we shared the first supper of the new year together. They were sure happy to be out of the cold & have a safe, warm place to be while Jeff repaired the car. It has been a long winter's vacation so quite honestly I was thrilled to have the company. Scotty was too, since one of the boys was about his age and they shared the common interest of Play Station's Star Wars games! When Jeff was finished with the repairs we visited a little more before they all made their way towards home in northern Iowa. Thank you Mike for towing their SUV here. We met a nice family, were able to help someone as we would have hoped to have been helped in a strange town and made new friends. Take care Terri and Tracey, Logan, Jade, Josie and Wyatt! I just cannot believe it. The fleeting thought had crossed my mind before but now it is happening. We are selling our International service truck. It is a 1991 with newer tires, start all with 12 & 24 volts starter, a welder, air compresser, crane. Cab has ac & heat, am/fm radio, power steering, manual transmission. Everything works of course. Selling for $9500.00. We have some drive and trailer tires for sale, too. Mud flaps and brake pods. Not sure what else.

Just wanted to say that things have been better. Jeff had a heart attack earlier this month. We will have big changes. Please keep him in your thoughts. Our business cannot operate without him.

So, how is your summer going? The past couple of days sure haven't felt like July with temps only in the mid to upper 70's. We'll take it! If your temp goes up due to your car or truck acting up by blowing off some steam or the road gets too hot for your tires to handle it just keep your cool and give us a call to fix it.
