First place I looked was crawlspace. Not the heater. Metal ducts, no insulation around ducts. Some not sealed and leaking. Could feel a heat draft. Gas unit putting out 124 heat. Temp at registers? 87. 34 temp drop just in the crawlspace. Bottom line, insulate.
