This weeks PRAYER/PRAISES for the Agape Connection Class. Started Genesis chapter 6 today and the story of the Flood. Think about this for a minute. When did flood occur? How many chapters have been completed before the flood started and when SIN was introduced to our world? I am interested in your insights...

This weeks PRAYER/PRAISES for the Agape Connection Class. We have many things to be thankful for: We just finished chapter 3 of Genesis and I have LEARNED A FEW NEW FACTS... In order to REALLY understand Genesis 1:1-3-24 You will need to read Rev 20:1 & Ezk 28:12-14 to understand how it ALL BEGAN. I have a few questions and a couple of observations:... Q1. V1. Who is the Serpent and how do we know? Q2. Ch 2 V16. What was God's command to Adam and what did Eve tell the Serpent in Ch 3 V3? Q3. Where was Adam during the conversation between Eve and the Serpent in Ch 3 V6? Q4. What changed between the relationship between God and Adam and Eve, how did Adam and Eve feel once they ate of the forbidden tree Ch 3 V7? Q5. What would you say would be the BEST way for Satan to get even with God? Observation: Notice the difference between the name of God and Lord God. GOD (ELOHIM, BIG GOD) & LORD GOD (YAHWEH, INTIMATE/COVENANT GOD) When GOD created Adam and Eve they were meant to be IMMORTAL. There are Two Trees that God told Adam and Eve not to eat of... SIN IS NOT AN ACT WE COMMIT but A CONDITION WE ARE IN!!! SIN IS A CONDITION OF ALIENATION AND SEPARATION FROM GOD... There are 4 characteristics of SIN: 1. It's Subtle, 2. Sin distorts, 3. Sin escalates, and 4. Sin cascades through generations as we will see in the later chapters. DEATH DID NOT ENTER THE WORLD UNTIL AFTER THE FALL OF MAN & IT IS BECAUSE OF GOD'S MERCY that DEATH ENTERED THE SCENE. WHAT A GREAT DAY!!! MISS ALL OF YOU THAT WERE NOT THERE...
