Covid-19 Tax Return Filing updates as of 3/21/2020: Federal tax returns are to be filed and paid by July 15, 2020 without penalties and interest. The state of Missouri has kept the filing deadline at April 15, 2020 and will waive penalties if taxes due are paid by July 15, 2020. If you file Missouri taxes you should file State and Federal returns by April 15, 2020. (This is subject to change but hasn't yet)... Kansas has extended the filing deadline to match the changes made by the IRS and are due to be filed and paid by July 15, 2020 without penalties and interest.
